Is it OK to use footage that is in the public domain? (This means that the copyright on the footage has expired and it is no longer illegal to broadcast or use.)


What is the final cut off date for the competition? And finally, are the DJ and VJ entries judged in the same competition or in separate categories?

Yes you can use media from the Public Domain and you can also use media licensed under the "Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike 2.5 License"

And in answering yr 2nd question, yes DJs and VJs will be judged in one overall category this year. Cut off date will be the 30th of March 2008
